Everybody's favorite girl crush, Rihanna dropped a tutorial to demonstrate the application of Fenty Beauty's 'CHILL OWT' 2018 Holiday collection. The beauty goddess alchemized various CHILL OWT hues and formulated a chilled, mauve tint for her enchanting eyes and lips.

In the tutorial visuals, Riri begins with introducing the product and flexibility of colors in Killawatt Foil eyeshadow palette. Rihanna proceeds with applying a shimmery hue called Stone Cold on her eyelids and paints dramatically but not too much drama as she instructed. She lightens the inner corners of her seductive eyes with Chillz to give a radiant effect and applies Subzero slanted (a blue and purple combination) on the outskirts of her eyes to give a defining look.

Rihanna continues the artistic tutorial with the application of Stone Cold, angled under the lining of her eyes. And then blushes her cheekbones with Scandal Ice, a sparkly soft pink tone. She shimmers some on her upper earlobes, her collarbone and brings out her inner shine. Rihanna is an artist! She completes the tutorial adorning her lips with No Chill icy, pearled metal lipstick.

"You know even now at this young age that there is something burning in them that is dying to get out. Well, that is true for millions of girls around the country and they are battling through misperceptions, violence, stigma to get their way into a classroom. And many of them don’t have access to a classroom, so we want to play a role in building an alliance of young people who are out there doing the work on the ground. And we want to give them an opportunity to network with one another because working on these issues out in the world can be lonely."

Dime Trap serves as a significant representation of T.I.'s contributions, to the culture of Hip Hop and trap music.

Next is 'Big Ol Drip' of Tip reflecting on his upbringing, the odds he had to face to even the score and win. And what led him to a life of trappin', instead of being trapped by the issues in the hood. Tip links with Yo Gotti in the smooth and hypnotic banger, 'Wraith.' New Music Video: French Montana feat. Drake - 'No Stylist'

Posted On: October 09, 2018

French Montana dropped the visuals for his Drake assisted track, 'No Stylist.'

The theme of the song tributes and honors Hip Hop trendsetters like Slick Rickwho makes a cameo in the vid.

It's an era in the culture of Hip Hop where its artists/musicians didn't need any stylist. Back then, most street pharmacist, OG kingpins and Hip Hop artists would get their threads chopped up by adding and weaving pieces of Gucci, Fendi, Louis Vuitton and etc. fabrics unto jackets, coats, sneakers, sweaters; and etc.

This innovated fashion as a whole and it brought street couture to the culture of fashion, and Hip Hop.

Contributed by the visionary, pioneer and vanguard master couturier, the one and only Dapper Dan.

Who also makes a cameo in the video for No Stylist. As well as: A$AP Rocky, Young Thug, Cam'ron; and more. The visuals of the video exhibits: a semi fashion show, what goes behind the scenes with fittings, French Montana hangin' out with some block huggers in front of a bodega, the 6 God spittin' that fire, Slick Rick the Ruler stylin' on them; and etc.

No Stylist was directed by Christo and Glenn Michael. The track is off French Montana's upcoming LP and until then, hit that play button and check out the vid below.

Black Excellence: Kalan Haywood Jr. Becomes Youngest State Legislator in Wisconsin at the Age of 19

Posted On: October 04, 2018

At the tender age of eight years old, Kalan Haywood Jr. started to hear his calling into politics.

"I actually knew I wanted to run for office since I was 8 years old," Haywood disclosed to the Journal Sentinel. "I thought then, 'He has a cool job — I want to do what he's doing."

Knowing the call to politics would become louder, Kalan Haywood Jr. began his journey of polishing his political career at fourteen years old, when he served on the the Milwaukee Youth Council and was elected as president of the council.

Prior to that, Kalan worked on Democratic Rep. David Bowen political campaign in 2014. Where he became a representative for the Milwaukee's 10th Assembly District and at the age of 25 was elected to Milwaukee County Board. David Bowen is one of Kalan Haywood Jr,'s mentor, although there's a difference in age, the similarity of youth in politics resonate with both of them.

Haywood is confident that he's age is his biggest resource, advantage.

"My age is my biggest asset," Kalan proclaimed.

However, his mentor David Bowen advised Haywood because of his age, he will be challenged.

"I've kind of warned him," Bowen expressed.

"It's likely he'll be underestimated — some folks think you don't have that much to contribute."

Taking the advice with a mustard seed, Kalan Haywood Jr. went forth with faith and the confidence he has in himself, to represent Milwaukee’s 16th District. Battling against five democratic challengers and no Republican challenger to step to Haywood, Kalan Haywood Jr. not only superseded his successor/mentor Bowen at the age of 19, Kalan also, made history of becoming Wisconsin's youngest legislator in history.

Kalan Haywood Jr. is ready to assert himself in his new position, as the newly elected state representative for Wisconsin. Kalan revealed some of his plans to the Journal Sentinel, which included improving the conditions and the lives of the people in Wisconsin, and voting rights.

"Adding the requirement of registering to vote is very important, especially in my district where we get a very low [voter] turnout compared to a total population," Kalan articulated.

Kalan Haywood Jr. will be sworn in January 2019 and officially begin his role as Wisconsin State Legislator. When Kalan is sworn in, it will also be historic because Haywood will become the youngest stale legislator in the nation.

Congratulations Haywood!
