Kendrick Lamar Blessed The Dodgers Game By Throwing The First Pitch

In their recent game against the San Francisco Giants, the Los Angeles Dodgers enlisted Kendrick Lamar as a pitcher.

Kendrick threw the first pitch, with King Kunta playing in the background and blessed the baseball game.

Baltimore Orioles - Chicago White Sox Game Closed To Public

Due to the distress in Baltimore, Maryland from their protests of battling police brutlaity and the murder of Freddie Gray, who died on April 19 after suffering a severe spinal injury while in police custody, the Baltimore Orioles announced they would proceed with their baseball games.

Through Twitter, the Baltimore Orioles announced several different changes in their upcoming game with the Chicago Sox. They've already postponed two games and want to take safety precautions to prevent any form of rioting or clashes during their home game in Baltimore. The postponed games will be part of May 28th doubleheader. However the series finale scheduled for Wednesday would be closed to the public.

The Baltimore Orioles closing their upcoming game to the public, will make history as the first game ever to be closed to the public in baseball.


New Documentary Trailer: Allen Iverson - 'IVERSON'

In a new sports documentary, Allen Iverson's basketball rise and glory is visually documented in a film called, 'IVERSON.'

The project will be debuted and premiered by Showtime on May 16. It was first viewed a year ago at the 2014 Tribeca Film Festival. In the trailer, it highlights some of the pivotal scenes from the documentary about Allen Iverson's gangsta on the basketball court and his lifestyle.

Boxer Miguel Cotto Signs With Jay Z's Roc Nation

Jay Z is still scouting and recruiting athletes for his Roc Nation, the latest ot be added to his roster is boxer Miguel Cotto.

The WBC middleweight champion has been a free agent ever since his contract with Top Rank, expired back in December of 2011. Cotto being added to Roc Nations sports management company, led to a $50 million contract deal. The details of the contract include several fights, boxing and non- boxing endorsements.

Miguel manages his own sports management company, where he promotes a few boxers from Golden Boys and he's hoping he can develop an entity off Roc Nation, for co-promotion. Miguel Cotto will be making his comeback debut return in June and HBO, along with Showtime signed up to broadcast the fight.


Yankee Fans Give A-Rod Standing Ovation Upon His Return To Baseball

After serving his time from a drug suspension, Alex Rodriguez known as A-Rod returned to baseball today (April 6, 2015) and was bless by fans, along with his teammates who gave him a standing ovation.

Back to doing what he does best, A-Rod went up to bat for his team the Yankees who played in tonight's game against the Blue Jays. He batted seventh which is the lowest A-Rod ever batted in his history of playing baseball. But he was in good spirit and made these comments below about his return.

"It means the world to me," told sports news reporters, "I don’t think I ever took it for granted, but I can guarantee you I won’t take this year for granted."

A-Rod hit a single and received another standing ovation, although fans were happy to see him, unfortunately there was some booing in the crowds. Regardless, A-Rod stayed focus and gave his best.


New Boxing Commercial For Floyd Mayweather VS. Manny Pacquiao

Just three weeks away, Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao continue to train for their upcoming historical fight.

In an effort to promote and market the Pay Per View event, a commercial was produced and released for it. The commercial was premiered by HBO and Pay Per View fees for the fight are already set up for $89.95 in SD and $99.95 for HD.
